VBT now a certified Great Place to Work!

That’s why we’re delighted and honoured to announce that we’re now certified as a great place to work by Great Place to Work® Ireland. We think this shows just a small part of the culture here at VBT – where we pride ourselves in looking after our employees, knowing that great quality work and care for our clients follows not long after.
Great Place to Work is an organisation that ranks and surveys organisations in Ireland across 17 categories in their Trust Index©. In their own words:
“The Trust Index© Employee Experience Survey measures the extent to which your organisation is considered to be a great workplace by your people.
By gathering qualitative and quantitative data on the employee’s perception of their work experience, the survey provides essential information that enables you to understand your workplace environment.”
They survey the employees at any prospective workplace anonymously, to ensure that they gather accurate data on the workplace and the environment and level of trust that employees have there. Great Place to Work also surveys and audits the culture at the workplace, from day-to-day experiences to policy review, demographics of employees and practises in the organisation.
Once their process is complete and the data gathered and assessed, organisations that pass the threshold are certified and recognised.
