Safety Solutions Challenge
In order to continue to grow and to be able to provide their clients with the high levels of customer services, Safety Solutions needed to restructure their IT system to provide their staff with 24/7/365 access to data and email. Staff also needed fast, reliable and more importantly secure access to email and data from the office and from the field.
VBT’s Solution
In order to meet Safety Solutions ICT requirements, VBT designed and deployed a 100% cloud base infrastructure and decommissioned all on-premise server and services. VBT deployed a Zero Trust Cyber Security posture to ensure that all access it strictly managed and controlled with only users using authorised devices, from approved locations can again access to the system.
The Result
Staff now enjoy 24/7/365 secure access to their data and apps which has enabled them to increase productivity and focus more of their time on winning new business and focusing on providing their clients with exceptional service.
